How do I confirm my booking?
Submit your reservation, send payment through Maya or BDO bank transfer, then upload the payment proof from your account. Our team will confirm it after review.
When will I receive my points?
Points are added automatically after the admin marks your stay as completed.
How can I use my points?
Points redeem a complete stay only: 2,500 points per Monday–Thursday night and 3,000 points per Friday–Sunday night. Your balance must cover every night, and points cannot be combined with a promo code.
